THE ROLE
We are looking for a creative content creator who thinks like a growth marketer.
You will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging, and conversion-driven content across digital platforms. This role is not just about creating content, it’s about building attention, community, and driving sales through storytelling and data driven execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
01Content Creation
- Produce engaging short-form video content (TikTok, Instagram)
- Capture behind-the-scenes, product stories, and brand narratives
03Distribution
- Publish and optimise content across platforms
- Identify trends and adapt quickly to shifting landscapes
05Brand Storytelling
- Develop consistent content series aligned with Xfitdesigns identity
02Content Repurposing
- Turn one piece of content into multiple assets
- Social clips (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and X)
- Adapt long-form narratives into blog posts
04Performance Tracking
- Analyse and report content performance and improve weekly
- Focus heavily on engagement, reach, and conversions
REQUIREMENTS
SUCCESS METRICS
- Proven ability to create engaging content (portfolio required)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms
- Ability to think creatively AND analytically
- Interest in fashion, culture, and storytelling
- Self-driven and execution-focused
